My copy of Vlingo Plus works, but why is BlackBerry App World stuck on "completing purchase"?

We have been getting reports from some BlackBerry App World users that Vlingo Plus is active on their BlackBerry, but in App World the status of Vlingo Plus still displays as "completing purchase". This problem is an issue with the status displayed in App World as Vlingo Plus is working on your BlackBerry. Vlingo Support is unable to correct this issue as it occurs outside of the Vlingo Application.
